Returns Policy Return Policy: We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase of VitaTree Supplements. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we will accept your return within 30 days of you receiving the item. Returned items received after 30 days will not be processed. Please note that a $10 restocking fee is charged on each bottle returned. VitaTree Nutritionals reserves the right to accept and process a return or not. When returning an item, it must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of your receipt of the product, and it must be returned in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping charges (both returning shipping and sending shipping fees). Damaged, opened and consumed bottles of product beyond what is reasonable for the allowable 30 day time period will not be processed as a return. Shipping Policy Orders placed before 12 noon EST will be shipped the same day. Customer must specify preferred shipping method either on vitatree.com or verbally for telephone orders. VitaTree Nutritionals reserves the right to choose their preferred shipping carrier for orders that qualify for free shipping. Customer pays for shipping and handling for each order placed on vitatree.com, including auto-delivery orders and for orders taken verbally by phone. Auto-delivery orders require a minimum of 2 shipments/paid transactions to qualify for auto-delivery special pricing discounts.
