Returns Policy
Return Policy: We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase of VitaTree Supplements. Return request need to be within 30 days of you receiving the item. Returned items received after 30 days will not be processed. Opened and/or consumed bottles of product, are not applicable for return. Please note that a $10 restocking fee is charged on each bottle returned. Upon expection VitaTree Nutritionals reserves the right to accept and process a return or not. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Vitatree will send the customer the shipping label by email which the customer has to print and affix to their shipping package. 

Damaged Policy 

For any reason your product is damaged on arrival. Vitatree has a 100% replacement policy. If your delivery has been damaged please send a email to [email protected] along with a picture of the damaged product within 7 days of recieving the product. Products recieved after 7 days that are damaged will not be applicable for return. 

Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 12 noon EST will be shipped the same day. Customer must specify preferred shipping method either on vitatree.com or verbally for telephone orders. VitaTree Nutritionals reserves the right to choose their preferred shipping carrier for orders that qualify for free shipping.  Customer pays for shipping and handling for each order placed on vitatree.com, including autodelivery orders and for orders taken verbally by phone. Autodelivery orders require a minimum of 2 shipments/paid transactions to qualify for autodelivery special pricing discounts.

Recurring Policy
Recurring orders, auto-delivery or subscription orders require a minimum of 2 shipments/paid transactions to qualify for auto-delivery special pricing discounts.
