Warm Weather Shipping Policy

During the summer season (June to September), orders shipped within the USA containing heat-sensitive products may be delayed until weather permits shipment. This precautionary measure is implemented to uphold the highest standards of product quality and efficacy. Additionally, our shipping department does not ship orders containing heat-sensitive products on Fridays to prevent products sitting in unfavourable temperatures over the weekend.

*Please note that a signature may be required for deliveries of heat-sensitive orders during the summer season.
